Located on Furong Middle Road, right in the heart of action. About 10-15 minutes walking distance from a major landmark, He Long Stadium, also known for its giant Ferris Wheel beautifully illuminated at night as an excellent orientation point.

The area around Houjiatang metro station (within walking distance) is a major commercial hub with shopping malls and plenty of cafes. If you want to try the famous milk tea (Bubble Tea), for which this region is the birthplace (specifically the brand Cha Yan Yue Se / Sexy Tea), you will find dozens of outlets around the hotel. Expect long lines, but it is a cultural must-do.

For history lovers, Tianxin Pavilion and Ruins of Ancient City Wall are just a short taxi ride or a few metro stops away. This is one of the very few places where you can see old Changsha. In the evening, the area around the hotel comes to life: numerous massage parlors open (here foot massage is an obligatory procedure), as do restaurants serving spicy crayfish- culinary symbol of Changsha nightlife.
